Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
30 days from the day you receive your order. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags still on, in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@oneofoneactive.com and we'll sort you out. Don't send anything back before we've approved it — we'll send you the return address once it's confirmed.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Return your item, then grab the new size as a separate order — it's the fastest way to get the right fit to you.
What can't be returned?
Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Everything else, you're covered.
When do I get my refund?
Within 10 business days of us approving your return, back to your original payment method.
Sizing
How do I know what size to get?
Check the size guide on each product page — measurements, not guesswork. Between sizes? Size down for a snug fit, size up for a relaxed one.
Fabric & Fit
What are your leggings/tops made from?
Our signature buttery-soft, four-way stretch fabric — second-skin fit, zero restriction, all-day comfort.
Are your leggings squat-proof?
We test for it, but no leggings on earth are 100% guaranteed squat-proof forever — especially as fabric loosens with wear. If you're between sizes, sizing down helps keep everything locked in.
Will they shrink or fade?
No and no. Cold wash, skip the dryer, and they'll hold their shape and colour wash after wash.
Do the leggings roll down at the waist?
Nope — the high-rise waistband stays put, whether you're training, walking, or just living in them.
Care
How do I wash my OOO pieces?
Cold wash only. No tumble dryer.
